A quarter century of legal experience has provided me with unique background to help parties evaluate risks of litigation. I was the senior construction attorney for Walt Disney World while 1.5 billion dollars of unique construction projects were rising from the ground. Yet, I’ve been a sole practitioner grappling with grassroots problems of everyday people in our community. Multi-million dollar cases to disputes over less than five hundred dollars, have taught me they’re all just as important to the clients, and just as much in need of understanding and resolution through mediation.

My Style
Your clients can expect polite respectfulness, coupled with a get down to business attitude. Expect forceful challenge to assumptions on all sides in order to help clients realize that lawsuits are not unlike train wrecks - one never really knows where the bodies will land. When dealing with people - judges, juries, and witnesses - one never really knows what will happen because people are inherently unpredictable. My mission is to help litigants understand these risks and to eliminate them through settlement. Prompt, efficient, no nonsense resolution is my goal and “the deal” is my client.

Getting Started
My hourly rate for mediation services is very reasonable. I charge an automatic administrative charge of one half hour and a minimum fee of four hours, within which most mediations reach resolution. There is no charge for travel within Central Florida. We can arrange a neutral site if desired.

Please call and schedule your client’s session. We need a copy of the order if mediation is court-ordered and a service list, along with a pleading style. I require no pre-session materials but will read anything you desire about the case in advance.
