I have been practicing law for over twenty-five years in the Central Florida area, with an emphasis on construction law since 1983. I was the in-house senior construction attorney at Walt Disney World at a time when Disney had over 1.5 billion dollars of unique construction projects were rising from the ground. Although I’m a litigator, and fight hard in court for my client’s rights, because of my experience with Disney, I have developed an extensive practice in drafting and negotiating contracts of many kinds, and in many areas. I try to represent my clients with an eye toward their practical needs and, in all things, I prepare, prepare and prepare. My experience includes large matters and small in the areas of construction and commercial law, contract, landlord/tenant, real property, title claims, harassment claims, negligence and fraud claims, and more.
